Random Notes for Last Bus to Ypsi
Just a few random notes to cover some questions we've gotten about Last Bus to Ypsi:
- We'll split the pot for the prizes (depending on how man folks show up, we may give it all to the first place, or split it amongst the first few placers). Plus, the first few placers will have first dibs on the sponsor swag.
- Any kind of bicycle is welcome — if it has two wheels and you pedal it, bring it
- The race starts in Ann Arbor and ends in Ypsi. No return part of the race back to Ann Arbor.
- You shouldn't need anything other than your bike, although given the time of year and the time of the race, lights are probably going to be a good idea. You will have to collect transfer tickets, so if you are coming in full road dork gear, you may want to make sure you have a pocket or something somewhere.

Last Bus - Yancopads
Another sponsor rolled in today - Fresh from LA, Yancopads is sending some swag our way. I don't have one of their pads, but the plaid ones look spiffy, and I can say that they make a pretty mean hat.

Last Bus - Cog Magazine
From Milwaukee, future home of Romanticorp, the good folks at Cog Magazine put out another amazingly gorgeous cycling magazine. I just found the fourth issue in my PO box this morning, and I can't wait to tear into it. Cog is sending us some swag as well, so be sure to check them out.

Last Bus - First Sponsor
Our friends down in Pittsburgh, Urban Velo, are already onboard, sending us a box of swag for the race. Be sure to check them out: I've been a subscriber since issue one, and it's pretty good stuff. You can download all the issues, or send 'em a few bucks to get it in print. It's well worth it.
